Week Day Rate: $135/ per hour, 3 hour minimum. 

Business Luncheon / Meeting please inquire about packages, packages start at $85+ / per hour. Work events that involve alcohol, mingling, catering, or would fall under the "Week Day Event" rate.

Once the initial deposit (50% of the rental fee) is made and the event date has been set, the initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE or transferable, for any reason.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule your event within 30 days of your event date you will be required to pay the full invoiced price of your event.

Clients get one free hour for setup and 30 minutes for takedown. This additional time is free, and is not part of your booked event slot. Host Wenatchee representatives have the right to be on-site during these times to help clients set up or take down their event if needed or work on cleaning the venue for the following event. If you would like private hours for setup or take down you may purchase additional hours for your event. 

ALL EVENTS that are serving alcohol (of any kind) or hosting minors are required to purchase private event insurance. Guests are welcome to purchase this insurance through their own insurance provider or through Host Wenatchee’s insurance provider. Policies start at $75+. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit (total invoiced amount) is required to hold the space.

If your event is within 30 days of the time of booking payment in full is required to hold the space and is non-refundable. 

If the event is canceled within 30 days the full amount is immediately due. 

ALL EVENTS are required to pay Host Wenatchee a fully refundable damage  & cleaning deposit and will be refunded within 24 hours of the event.
