Effortless event hosting with venue access from 11 AM to 11 PM, giving you plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and enjoy your event without feeling rushed.
Full Day
Exclusive venue access from morning to night, giving you the freedom to set up, celebrate, and wrap up at your own pace — perfect for weddings, parties, and all-day celebrations.
Evening
The full six-hour evening, start to finish — cheaper than booking six hours by the hour. Perfect for cozy celebrations, lively parties, or any event that comes alive at night.
Full Weekend
Full weekends are perfect for weddings — decorate and rehearse Friday, say "I do" Saturday, and take your time cleaning up Sunday with no rush. Also great for reunions and multi-day retreats.

Setup and cleaning are not included — add an event setup package (from $75) or post-event cleaning (from $250) · after-hours until midnight +$300 · booking more than three hours? A package above is usually the cheaper option.

10 & Under Birthday Package
Tables, chairs, and Bluetooth audio included — the easiest kids' birthday party in Wenatchee. This package is exempt from the usual Sunday three-hour minimum.

Deposits, insurance & add-ons
- 50% deposit books your dateA non-refundable 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 30 days before your event.
- $250 refundable damage & cleaning depositCollected before your event through the Event Prep Form and refunded when the venue is left clean and undamaged. This is separate from the optional post-event cleaning service.
- Private event insuranceRequired for events serving alcohol or hosting minors — use your own provider or one we recommend.
