Match the layout to the meeting
Before you ask about price, decide what people are doing in the room. It changes the layout and the hours you need.
- Training or all-hands — rows or long banquet tables facing the projector.
- Workshop — round tables of eight so groups can turn and talk.
- Client mixer — fewer tables, more standing room, bar and grazing table near the entry.
- Board or awards dinner — full round-table seating with linens.
Ask about A/V before anything else
A projector, a screen and enough outlets solve 90 percent of corporate A/V needs. At Host Wenatchee the Bluetooth sound system is included, and the Media Package add-on ($150) adds an HD projector, pro speaker and microphone — so confirm which you need when you inquire.
Also confirm arrival time — most teams need 45 minutes before the first attendee walks in.
Catering and invoicing
Corporate bookings live or die on flexibility: bring the caterer your team already uses, keep the receipts clean, and get an invoice for accounting.
Host Wenatchee has no approved-vendor list, and full event coordination is available for $500 — the most popular add-on for corporate clients who do not want a staff member running the event instead of attending it.
Downtown is the logistics answer
10 S Columbia St #202 puts you a block from over 100 public parking spaces and walking distance to downtown restaurants and hotels, with elevator access for load-in and for guests.
