The rate itself
Weekday rentals at Host Wenatchee start at $135 per hour with a 2-hour minimum Monday through Thursday. Saturdays run $405 for a daytime block and $495 for an evening block, and full-day packages start at $955.
Eight round tables, 70 chairs, the string-light ceiling, the kitchenette and the Bluetooth sound system are included, which is the part most comparisons leave out.
Deposits and how payment works
A 50 percent non-refundable deposit holds your date. The balance is due 30 days before the event, or in full if you book inside 30 days.
A separate $250 refundable damage & cleaning deposit is collected before the event through the Event Prep Form — it is not part of the rental fee.
The line items people forget
Budget for these early so nothing surprises you two weeks out.
- Private event insurance if you are serving alcohol or hosting minors.
- A bartender if you are serving alcohol.
- Setup and cleanup hours, if they count against your rental block.
- Linens, if you want them on the round tables — $64 for a package of eight.
- Photo booth add-on — $150.
- Media Package (HD projector, speaker, microphone) — $150.
- Full event coordination — $500.
How to spend less
Move to a weekday or a Friday, shorten your block by an hour, and skip hot catering in favor of a grazing table. Those three moves routinely save several hundred dollars without changing how the day feels.
